The Options sub-menu was made to enable a quicker way to stop the sketch, by a timeout. Enabling that option you can avoid right-clicking the page to stop the 'drawing' method. You can insert a time value for the counter ( that starts everytime you release the left-mouse-button ), that automatically stop the drawing and opens the 'sketcher' menu.
